Crawler crane is a self-propelled crane, most often utilized for high-rise constructions. The crawler crane uses tracks for movement and it is particularly efficient on soft surfaces. Turntable – All the weight on the turntable can be passed on the chassis through a rotary bearing. The turntable consists a power device, winch, transmission system, balance weight, operating mechanism and other components. The power unit makes the slewing mechanism to rotate for a rotation of the turntable for fully 360 degrees. The rotary bearing is composed of upper and lower roll plate and it can pass the full weight of the turntable to the chassis, ensuring a free rotation of the turntable.


Movable Arm – The movable arm of the crawler crane is very important part of proper functioning. Chassis – The chassis of crawler crane includes walking mechanism, crawler frame, driving wheel, guide wheel, chain wheel, track wheel, roller and others. The power unit provides a driving wheel rotation through the horizontal and vertical axis, promoting the guide wheel and the roller. This results in making the crawler crane rolling along the track.
